Treat yourself or a loved one to the spirit of the season with these healthy heart-shaped raspberry yogurt bites!

They work wonders as a low-calorie dessert after a romantic dinner or even as a tasty snack during your workday if you’re feeling those Valentine’s Day blues. And the great thing is that they’re super simple to make! You’ll just need two simple ingredients–yogurt and milk. Let’s go!

Prep time is about five minutes with 1 to 2 hours needed for everything to solidify in the freezer. This will ideally serve 12 hearts in total.

You’ll need:

  • 1 cup plain or fruit-flavored yogurt (yogurt flavor of choice, strawberry recommended for first-timers)
  • ½ cup fresh raspberries, chopped

First, place your yogurt in a bowl and pour your raspberries in. Thoroughly mix them up together. You can sprinkle in some miscellaneous berries or flavors if you feel they would add to the overall sweetness. But make sure not to add too much in as you’ll want the yogurt to have a good consistency.

Then, spoon your mixture into a silicone heart-shaped mold until each mold is completely filled. Since it’s Valentine’s Day, you’ll want to make sure your treat fits the theme of the holiday after all. As a protip, use a butter knife to flatten the top of each mold to ensure a flat bottom for each.

Once your molds are ready, place the mold into the freezer for 1 to 2 hours. This will help your molds solidify over time.

Lastly, once your molds are ready, take them out of the freezer and enjoy! Share with friends, family, or your significant other. These creamy, delicious bite-sized treats are the perfect way to celebrate Valentine’s Day with those you love.
