Healthy Chocolate-Chip Pumpkin Bread

YOU’LL NEED: Whole wheat flour, old-fashioned rolled oats, coconut oil, eggs, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg + allspice, pure pumpkin puree, and mini chocolate chips.

STEP 1: Start with your dry mixture by combining all your dry ingredients into a large bowl.

STEP 2: In a separate bowl, mix together your eggs, brown sugar, and coconut oil.

STEP 3: Add your milk and pumpkin into the egg mixture and stir it all up together.

STEP 4: Combine your wet and dry ingredients together! You should also add in your chocolate chips.

STEP 5: Pour the batter into a prepared pan. Bake the bread in a 350 degree F oven for about 45 to 50 minutes. Use a toothpick to ensure your broad is fully cooked. Then make sure it’s nice and cool before enjoying!
